In June 2024, an adventure seeking couple set out to hike the entire length of the European Alps, on a route called ‘Via Alpina’ – a distance of 2000 kilometers across 145,000 meters in elevation. That’s the equivalent of climbing Mount Everest…17 times!
With no real mountain experience and little training, this is as much a story of failure as it is of success! Of a life-changing adventure that tested their will and their relationship and which serves as a personal commentary on how we define success in the world we live in.
